The company has established a complete product quality control system. In recent years, the company has continuously introduced management talents and advanced management methods while introducing advanced production lines and production technologies. In 2005, the company passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 certifications. In 2008, Beijing Dayuan passed the re-audit of SGS's SEQ management system. Dayuan QA department is responsible for the inspection of raw materials, process control, quality inspection and factory inspection. In order to improve product quality, there are several online metal detection devices and inspection systems.

 

In accordance with the ISO9000 requirements, the company builds supplier evaluation system to choose suppliers. The audit includes the supplier's site construction, equipment, supplier management, contamination control system, pest control, staff training, traceability, etc.
